Vent Bleeder Valves are installed on the vent port of molds to bleed air from the cavity during infusion. Resin discharge from the mold is restricted until cavity pressure exceeds the valve cracking pressure. This results in a significant reduction in infusion resin process waste and manufacturing cost.

Vent Fitting Kits are used for effortless installation of the VBV Series Vent Bleeder Valves onto your existing production system. Push-Connect Fittings are provided for direct connection to the Vent Bleeder Valve. Purge, Air, and Vent Lines are all provided in each kit with lengths of 5ft, 15ft, or 30ft. Our Vent Fitting Kits are compatible will all models of our VBV Series Vent Bleeder Valves. Just pick your required line size and line length for installation.
